'Nashville Girls Who Walk' began in 2023. Founder Sarah Lawson explained to me that she got the idea from an Instagram post, created a page, and started posting. Sarah says she was nervous about how many women would attend the first walk, but more than a dozen women attended, and the group turned into something bigger than she imagined.
